Councilmember Graham is chairman of the Committee on Public Works and Transportation. The committee has oversight over many of our government’s core functions – parking, road/alley construction, transportation planning and policy, school transit subsidies, trash/recycling and alcohol regulation, just to name a few.

Councilmember Graham is also a member of the Committee on Aging and Community Affairs, the Committee on Housing and Workforce Development and the Committee on Public Services and Consumer Affairs.

 

Councilmember Graham is currently the chairman of the Metro/WMATA Board of Directors.  He previously served as chairman in 2003 and has been a voting member of the board since 1999.
